Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Emergency Room expertise to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt, effective nursing care to emergency room patients
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards
• Manage documentation and communicate care plans accurately

Qualifications:
• Current license as a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room (RN-ER) experience
• Required state certifications and compliance with New Mexico nursing regulations
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and background check in accordance with New Mexico Department of Health requirements
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Flexibility to adhere to orientation schedules and supervision protocols as needed

Additional Information:
This contract role requires that candidates reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel assignments. Weekly orientations are held on Mondays. A 14-day waiver is available for new hires awaiting background check completion, during which supervision is required.
