Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct and efficient nursing care to emergency patients, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise to triage, assess, and stabilize. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. • Participate in departmental education sessions held quarterly to stay current with best practices and protocols. • Adhere to safety standards while providing compassionate patient-centered care.
