This opportunity invites experienced Registered Nurses to contribute their expertise in a dynamic Emergency Department setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care across the Emergency Department's 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed ED Fast Track, and 7-bed ED Observation Unit.
• Rotate through multiple functional areas including Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening as needed.
• Support ancillary services such as Covid testing and immunization clinics.
• Occasionally float to other qualified departments, performing both patient care and task-oriented duties like answering call lights and phones.
• Adapt to variable shift assignments to meet patient volume and staffing requirements, primarily working day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of two years recent RN experience in Emergency Nursing; additional experience may be required.
• Valid American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC.
• Conscious sedation certification to be obtained post-hire (facility facilitated).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Contract Type:
• This is a contract position with flexibility in shifts and scheduling to accommodate operational needs.

Orientation and Housing:
• Orientation sessions are conducted on Mondays; compliance deadlines are strict.
• Housing information is available through internal resources.
