Job Description
A 13-week opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience in the Shawnee, KS area. This contract assignment offers the chance to work within a highly regarded hospital system recognized for clinical excellence and a collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to established protocols and standards.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in acute and emergent situations.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN in an Emergency Department setting.
• Active certifications in ACLS and BLS are required. PALS and TNCC certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience working in a Magnet-recognized facility or similar high-acuity setting is beneficial.
• Strong team collaboration skills within multi-disciplinary clinical teams.
Schedule:
• 13-week contract assignment with flexible scheduling options.
