This PRN position offers flexibility with varied days and hours, and is eligible for a Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour, which may be adjusted based on business needs. Your Responsibilities: As a Labor and Delivery/Mother-Baby RN, you will provide expert care throughout childbirth and postpartum recovery. You will: • Oversee patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns. • Educate patients and guide them through informed consent processes. • Support families in newborn care and coordinate care plans to meet diverse patient needs. • Maintain clinical competency and compliance with hospital policies. • Supervise home health aides and foster strong communication and teamwork. Qualifications: • ADN/BSN/MSN degree. • New Mexico State or Multistate License. • BLS certification required at time of hire. Prioritize Your Well-Being!
