This position qualifies for a Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour, which may be adjusted based on business needs. Your Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert care throughout labor and delivery, as well as during postpartum recovery. • Oversee patient care and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and their babies. • Educate patients about their care and guide them through informed consent processes. • Support families in newborn care and maintain clinical competency consistent with hospital policies. • Collaborate to create comprehensive care plans and supervise home health aides as needed. • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, including being available for on-call support. Qualifications: • ADN, BSN, or MSN degree. • Current NM State or Multistate RN License. • BLS certification required at the time of hire. We Care About Your Well-Being!
