Summary:

Join our dedicated team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services as a skilled Registered Nurse focused on Family Medicine. In this role, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care in an Outpatient Clinic setting. Your key responsibilities will include preparing patients for their visits, ensuring efficient patient flow, assisting medical providers with treatments and procedures, administering medications, and supporting clerical functions such as scheduling and referrals within our electronic medical records system.

Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized care during nurse visits and telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting.
• Oversee Medication Refill Management in alignment with approved nursing protocols.
• Ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care for all patients.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support clinic operations.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Active State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
• BLS certification required at the time of hire.
