Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients within your assigned clinical area. In collaboration with a Nurse Supervisor or RN Coordinator, you will apply your nursing expertise to ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to legal and organizational standards. Your critical thinking skills will be vital in managing the needs of multiple patients, facilitating timely and effective care.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited professional registered nursing program
• Current and valid Texas RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 6 or more months of clinical nursing experience, or 1 year of experience with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, with Senior Director Nursing Services approval
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use necessary equipment and supplies relevant to the assigned clinical area, including CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care or relevant specialty
• ACLS and/or PALS certification
• 2 or more years of experience in ambulatory care
• Experience with EPIC and Windows-based programs
The hourly pay for this role ranges from $28.27 to $50.48, depending on factors like local labor markets, education, certifications, and experience.
