Job Description
Kahn 3 Medical Stepdown Fellowship provides experienced RNS with a supportive in depth professional development program focused on high acuity skills
- Robust 8 week orientation
- Enrollment in Critical Care Course
- Enrollment in Cardiac Dysthymia Course
- Hands on and Group Training
- Fellowship begins on days and moves to nights at mid point of orientation
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
