Responsibilities
• Assist surgeons during operative procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical team to facilitate efficient procedures
Skills Needed
• Valid RN license in Texas
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during procedures
