Job Responsibilities: • Delivering exceptional RN care in post-acute facilities. • Collaborating with medical teams, residents, and families on care options. • Creating individualized care plans with the clinical team. • Accountable for adherence to resident care plans. • Administering medications and treatments appropriately. • Collecting fluids for laboratory tests as required. • Monitoring medical equipment and devices for effective use. • Training and overseeing nursing staff following scope of practice guidelines. • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies. • Documenting vital signs, interventions, and resident histories diligently. • Assisting with incident investigations and the development of care best practices.
