Job Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working as an RN in post-acute facilities • Coordinate with the care team to develop personalized care plans for residents • Communicate care options clearly with medical staff, residents, and their families • Monitor and record vital signs, and gather lab work when necessary • Administer medications and treatments to residents • Document vital signs, nursing interventions, and medical histories accurately • Ensure effective use of medical equipment and devices • Assist with incident investigations as needed • Comply with all relevant regulations and standards of care • Train nursing professionals and support staff as required • Follow and adhere to resident care plans with accountability Qualifications and Skills • Current Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) • At least 6 months of experience in an RN or similar role • Completion of an accredited nursing program • Strong organizational skills • Effective communication skills for collaboration with medical teams • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Join us for a fulfilling career that prioritizes your needs!
