Registered Nurse - Float in Clayton, WI
Job Description
The Registered Nurse assesses patients’ health problems and needs, develops and follows protocols, maintains medical records, administers nursing care to patients as necessary, and may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
• This position is a 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) and will require travel to other OSMS locations.
Education and Experience:
• Must have an active Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
• BSN Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience is required. Experience is preferred in Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Non-Operative Sports Medicine.
