Job Description Hedrick Medical Center and Wright Memorial Hospital are looking for an experienced RN to join their team! In this role, you'll float between both facilities and gain experience across Med-Surg, ED, and ICU. This is the perfect opportunity for a nurse who enjoys variety and a fast-paced, diverse clinical setting! Shift: Full Time Nights (6:45p-7:15a) Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.
