We proudly serve a community of 300,000 people across 19 towns. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will coordinate care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while effectively communicating the patient's clinical condition. You will respond promptly to changes in patient status and demonstrate an understanding of developmental principles to deliver age-appropriate care. This position also involves promoting the nursing profession through supportive interactions. You will report directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Qualifications EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current licensure in the State of Connecticut. • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support is required upon hire or must be obtained during the new employee orientation period, with continued clinical competency required throughout employment.
