Job Summary and Qualifications The Progressive Care Registered Nurse is vital in coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In partnership with medical providers, you'll provide essential pre-operative and post-operative nursing care while advocating for our patients to ensure an unparalleled experience. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Perform necessary procedures and functions as directed by medical providers. Document care provided in patients' medical records thoroughly and timely. Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses. Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment pertinent to cardiac and medical-surgical care. Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
