Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of your unit, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice. Collaborating with medical providers and the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care, serving as a vital advocate for patients and their families. • Administer care as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation in patient medical records. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices. • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance quality measures and care standards. • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and manage holistic treatment plans to support patient recovery. Qualifications Needed: • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
