Position: RN Charge Nurse for Ventilation Unit - Shifts Available: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Full-Time Position with a Sign-On Bonus of $2500!
Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical histories
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as necessary
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery
• Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality care
