Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. • Collaborate with healthcare colleagues, including physicians, to implement and evaluate patient care. • Provide empathetic care to patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. • Demonstrate nursing competence and utilize comprehensive expertise. Qualifications • Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
