In this role, you will:
• Assess patients at admission and during each shift, promptly addressing any changes in their condition.
• Perform medical procedures and ensure accurate documentation of care in patient records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses, taking appropriate actions when needed.
• Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests and anticipating their needs.
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring they understand all instructions.

Qualifications:
• Education: BSN required or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within five years of hire. RNs with ten or more years of experience are exempt from this requirement.
• License: Must hold current RN licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Experience: Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience is required.
