Unit Overview:
A3 West is a progressive 38-bed medical-surgical unit committed to serving adult patients with diverse diagnoses and post-operative needs. Here, you will have the opportunity to enhance your nursing skills while contributing to a comforting, family-like atmosphere.
Patient Focus:
We care for adult patients aged 18 and over, from those requiring independent care to those needing total support. Regardless of their diagnosis or procedure, each patient receives personalized attention from our dedicated team.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion expected within five years of hire.
• License: Current NC RN license required; eNLC license may apply.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider certification mandatory.
• Experience: At least one year of hospital nursing experience is required.
