Job Summary and Qualifications As a leader in nursing, you will facilitate professional nursing care, ensuring comfort and well-being for patients. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and their families, alongside executing medically prescribed interventions. Qualifications: • Preferred Experience: At least one year of hospital nursing experience is preferred. • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in a BSN or advanced degree program, with a commitment to obtain a BSN within five years of hire. RNs with a decade of experience are exempt. • Required License/Certifications: Must possess and maintain current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC licenses may be applicable; please confirm eligibility. • Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
