Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays. Collaborate with residents and families, and work with inter-disciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care. You will demonstrate competency in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, coordination of care, and providing various nursing interventions. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and effective care delivery. Qualifications You must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree. Experience in nursing or at least 400 hours as an RN (or LPN) in another facility is required. A current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is necessary.
