RN - Hospice Home (Contingent, PRN) Job Summary: Hospice of Lenawee, a 5-STAR Medicare.gov rated hospice, is seeking a compassionate Michigan licensed RN for a contingent position in our 8-bed inpatient Hospice Home. The RN will provide personalized, patient-centered care to individuals and their families. We are looking for someone with a genuine calling to support those in the last season of life (hospice experience preferred, but we are willing to train).
