You will collaborate with residents and their families, as well as interdisciplinary colleagues, to develop, implement, and assess care plans. Your responsibilities will include resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions, all aimed at promoting health and well-being. As a charge nurse, you will delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of resident care while serving as a key resource for your team. Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred). Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license if practicing in an NLC state. • Competence in departmental specific competencies and certifications must be obtained and maintained.
