You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Competency and practice will align with the full scope of nursing expertise and population-specific standards. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating resident care and assessments. • Providing resident education and various nursing interventions. • Serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to qualified personnel. • Ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care. All duties will align with the Nurse Practice Act and the standards set forth by the American Nurses Association, emphasizing ethical delivery of nursing care. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. • Holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure if applicable. • Maintains required competencies and certifications.
