Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, you will plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive healthcare for our senior community. You will care for residents through preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities also include coordinating care, conducting assessments, providing resident education, and performing a variety of nursing interventions. As a charge nurse, you will delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care delivery. You will operate within the standards outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and adhere to the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Qualifications Candidates should be graduates of a nationally accredited nursing program, preferably holding a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. You must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and maintain required competencies and certifications for your department.
