Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide valuable direct patient care in a medical office setting. Your role will encompass utilizing the nursing process, adhering to organizational policies, values, and mission to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans based on thorough assessments.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions; collaborating across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Identify educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on age, culture, and condition.
• Effectively delegate tasks to ancillary personnel and may mentor new nurses.
• Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment to provide care in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
• Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and any relevant additional certifications.
• Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross must be active prior to the start date.
