Additional Details: • 2nd Shift Available: 3 PM - 11 PM • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Positions • Weekend Warrior Schedules: Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday with a $5 increase to base rate • 3rd Shift Openings Available • Part-Time 12-Hour Shifts on Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend required How You Will Make a Difference: • Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards. • Supervise daily activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. • Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. • Ensure compliance with all written policies and procedures established by the facility among nursing personnel. What You Need to Make a Difference: • Active RN License in your state of residence. • Current/Active CPR Certification. • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to perform well under pressure. • Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills with confidentiality adherence.
