Facility: Webster Medical Center Location: 1401 1st St W, Webster, SD 57274, USA Shift: 12 Hour Night Shifts Job Schedule: Full Time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $33.50 - $48.00 Department Details • Be part of a diverse and family-friendly work environment at Webster Medical Center in the Medical/Surgical unit. • Enjoy a sign-on bonus for joining our team! • Experience our newly remodeled facility with a total of 25 beds. • Work three 12-hour rotating shifts per week (either 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). • Flexible self-scheduling with every other to every third weekend requirement. • Benefit from shift differentials and a wide variety of nursing experiences at this critical access hospital. Job Summary We are seeking positive, compassionate, and dedicated registered nurses (RN) to provide high-quality care to our patients and families. Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to implement and evaluate care. • Provide empathetic care across all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. • Demonstrate nursing expertise and maintain comprehensive competency. Qualifications Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, and a current unencumbered RN license to practice nursing. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. Candidates must also maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
