Job Overview Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2024" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Current or prior ADON or RN management experience is highly desirable. Position Details Full-time PM Positions with Benefits 3 : 00 PM- 11 : 00 PM $45.00-$51.00 / hr (DOE). Responsibilities • Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. • Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. • Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care. • Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Qualifications • Current RN license in the state for which you are applying. • Current CPR certification. • Current / prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute senior care preferred. • Current / prior ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable.
