Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse, General Medical TelemetryLocation: Glenbrook HospitalFull Time/Part Time: Full Time, (3pm-11:30am) Evening shift with Rotating Weekends.Hours: 32Required Travel: N/A
What you will do:Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unitUtilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of careGuide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCommunicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experienceWhat you will need:License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL requiredEducation: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferredCertification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider requiredExperience: Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferredBenefits (For full time or part time positions):Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
