In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a Post Acute Care. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to each of our geriatrics patients while ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities • Providing patient care in a Post-Acute Care • Delivering medication to patients and monitoring their response to treatment • Assessing patients' medical conditions and communicating this information to other healthcare professionals • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans for patients • Monitoring vital signs and helping patients manage pain and discomfort • Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed • Liaising with patients' family members to ensure they are educated about proper care and treatment protocols Requirements • Valid US Registered Nurse • Valid Visa Screen Certicate • Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
