Your Role Includes: • Delivering direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis. • Monitoring patient care and treatments, conducting thorough assessments, and crafting individualized care plans. • Supporting nursing staff through education on hemodialysis practices and standards. • Addressing patient concerns and ensuring all needs are met comprehensively. Qualifications: • Active RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. • Current CPR certification. • ACLS certification required within one year of hire. • Preferred CRRN certification (support available for obtaining). • Minimum of 6 months dialysis nursing experience required. • Preferred one year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
