Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Summary:

Join our dedicated team at UCHealth! As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, ensuring high-quality support in line with our organization’s mission and values.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care including transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support.
• Identify and address the educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored instruction based on individual circumstances.
• Delegate responsibilities efficiently to ancillary staff and assist in mentoring student nurses and new hires.
• Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state, as well as current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience: At least 6 months of nursing experience is required.
