Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurses to provide skilled home-based nursing care to patients across Beaufort and Jasper counties. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standard of home health care. This position requires independent decision-making, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Contract Type: Temporary Contractor
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Required Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
• 1–2 years RN experience in a clinical setting
• 2+ years of Home Health experience
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
• OASIS experience
• CPR certification
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,250.00 - $2,350.00 per week
