Registered Nurse - Home Health- Clinton, Bolton, Lancaster- Monday - Friday in Fitchburg, MA

VNA Care is hiring RN Case Managers for home health visits for our Leominster team with visits in Leominster, Lunenberg, Shirley, Harvard, and surrounding towns. Home Health experience is NOT required; we offer an extensive Home Health orientation program!

Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, need to adjust for a part time schedule.

$20K Sign on Bonus.

Schedules: 8a-3p or 8a-4:30p, three to five days, Monday - Friday

Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor, in the field, for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. Requirements:
• Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
• Good standing MA RN License
• 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
• Willingness to travel within a territory.
