Position Highlights:
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital in northwest Iowa employing over 500 talented staff. While not affiliated with Avera, we collaborate to provide outstanding services to the communities we serve. All employment offers are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of personalized care plans in partnership with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Offer compassionate end-of-life care and support for patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements:
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate excellent communication and assessment skills.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance necessary.
