Works under the direction of Palliative Care Director and Program Medical Director, provides nursing care to maximize
the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. May include care for
community-based Palliative and Hospice appropriate patients in the continuum of care.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
• Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics,
pediatric, etc.) nursing.
Required Certifications and Licensures:
• Associates degree, preferred
• Registered Nurse license required in state(s) practicing
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
