Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our supportive environment where patients and staff are valued.
• Seven-On/Seven-Off alternative staffing plan, Monday 8:00 am through the following Monday 7:59 am) and will be off work for the following seven consecutive days.
• See patients and take call each of the seven days you are on but will control your schedule to balance professional and personal needs.
• Enjoy 26 weeks of time off per year with the opportunity to pick up extra visits if you desire.
• Coverage area for this position will be KC Metro area
• Ability to work one on one with patients
• Work autonomously as a RN
• Performs nursing assessments in the patients' home
• Utilizes full scope of nursing skills, including wound and ostomy care, PICC line care, chronic care education and medication reviews
• Coordinates patients' care - consulting other disciplines of the health care team
• Individualizes patient care plans and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate
• Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care
