Summary:As a Registered Nurse and Case Manager, you'll provide compassionate care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and support patients and families in managing their conditions.Description:
As a Registered Nurse and Case Manager, you will deliver compassionate, professional care to patients, applying the nursing process and principles of Continuous Quality Improvement. You will partner with patients, their families, and caretakers to provide support and guidance in managing their health conditions. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient care.
Prerequisites:
• High School Diploma
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire, with ongoing maintenance throughout employment
