What You’ll Be Responsible for: • Care for the patient based on personalized Plan of Care and administer a broad range of IV therapies, biologics, and specialty meds • Make a difference by using your Clinical IV experience • Educate and empower patients and families through the care process providing updates regularly. • Provide one-on-one expert care in the home setting • Use excellent written and verbal customer service skills • Provide detailed documentation with a 24-hr turnaround. • Maintain clinical records ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws • Maintains up-to-date credentials, annual testing, and employment document requirements. Minimum (1) year experience in an RN role in which peripheral IV and critical thinking/rapid response skills are regularly utilized. *Port access /PICC line experience preferred but not required. • Must be tech savvy. RN's must supply their own device such as a laptop or iPad with email capabilities. Must be able to convert documents to PDF form. • Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance. • Clear Background Check. • Clean Drug Screen. • Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations. • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
