Key Responsibilities: As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will:
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients and their families to determine hospice needs, focusing on pain management and other symptoms.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, families, and physicians to initiate and develop comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications: Required skills for our Hospice Registered Nurses include:
• A degree from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• At least twelve (12) months of nursing experience within the past five (5) years.
• One (1) year of hospice care experience is preferred.
