We are seeking a compassionate RN - Hospice Palliative Care in North Andover, MA, offering $2,374/week.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive end-of-life care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with family and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver empathetic patient-centered care in a hospice setting
• Monitor patient symptoms and manage comfort measures
• Educate families on care procedures and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
