Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Hospital Care

Full-Time | Flexible Day, Night & Weekend Shifts Available

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide Expert Patient Care
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Support patients and families with compassion, education, and advocacy
Collaborate for Better Outcomes
• Work closely with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and daily rounds
• Promote a safe, respectful, and team-centered environment
Prioritize Patient Safety & Documentation
• Follow clinical protocols and infection control measures
• Accurately chart assessments, treatments, and care outcomes
• Maintain full compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Active RN license in Kentucky
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• A positive attitude and passion for patient-centered care
