The above is accomplished with the utilization of effective communication skills with patients, significant others and members of the multidisciplinary health care team. Qualifications: Registered Nurse SICU • Minimum of 1 year acute critical care RN experience required. • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred. • National Certification in area of practice preferred. • N.Y.S. Nursing License, Current N.Y.S. Registration. • BLS, ACLS and successful completion of critical care and dysrythmia modules within six months of hire.
