Work location: Texas Health Kaufman- 850 Ed Hall Drive, Kaufman, TX 75142
Work hours: PRN within Monday through Friday 5:30am-6:00pm, On-call may be required

Here's What You Need
+ Nursing Diploma Nursing is required Or
+ Associate's Degree Nursing is required Or
+ Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred
+ 1 Year experience as a Registered Nurse is required
+ RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And
+ BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required And
+ ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required And
+ PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required
+ A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
+ Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
+ The professional nurse exhibits understanding of basic human needs.
+ Knowledge of basic physiology and pathophysiology
+ Knowledge of human emotions during health and illness
+ Adapts to changes in workload by demonstrating flexibility related to patient needs, staffing and patient acuity
+ Promotes the Magnet and/or Pathways to Excellence standards throughout the organization.
