Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients.
• Address patients' and families' complex psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and care provided thoroughly and accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers by assessing learning needs and providing relevant resources.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Experience:
• 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or compact is needed.
Position Requirements:
Your role as a Nurse also includes:
• Participation in New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
• Working closely with a designated preceptor to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
