Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is based on your relevant experience. This position requires onsite work and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process aligned with our organization's scope, standards, and values. Your contribution to patient care is vital. Responsibilities: • Deliver care in a fast-paced, 24/7 Acute Care environment. • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve the best outcomes. • Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively with the multidisciplinary care team. • Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and addressing spiritual and psychosocial needs. • Assess learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on individual circumstances and backgrounds. • Effectively delegate tasks to support staff and assist in training new hires and nursing students. • Use critical thinking and decisive judgment to work independently in a high-stakes setting. Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience). Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. • Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience. • Must have a current BLS/CPR certification valid for at least sixty days post-hire.
