Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years ICU or MICU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Active Kentucky RN license or a pact nursing license
• Skilled in use of Meditech EMR system
• Ability to provide care at a 1:2 patient ratio
• Reside within 100 miles of facility for consideration

Schedule/Hours:
• 36 hours on, 48 hours off schedule
• Bi-weekly orientation sessions
• Start date aligned with your availability

Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered care for critically ill patients in an ICU or MICU setting
• Utilize clinical assessment and critical thinking to manage plex cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outes
• Accurately document treatment plans and patient progress within the Meditech EMR
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

This is a contract opportunity for a travel ICU RN willing to work in Hazard, KY, with flexible availability to meet facility needs. Experience working in high-acuity environments and proficiency in critical care certifications are essential.
